Well folks, it looks like Toronto Mayor John Tory is taking
a bow and exiting stage left. He made the shocking revelation last week about
having an "inappropriate relationship" with someone on his staff, and
now he's submitted his formal resignation.
But wait, there's more! Despite saying he was stepping down,
he stuck around for the budget debate and defended his fiscal plan like a
champ. He could have even used his veto power, but he decided to take the high
road instead.
And just when you thought the drama was over, he dropped the
bombshell: he's still gonna be around for a few more days working on a
